Internet based communications, such as email, is inherently insecure and has suffered greatly from various forms of exploits including viruses, trojans and phishing. We recommend that you regulary update your computer system's software and never respond to unsolicited emails or messages, even when these messages have an "opt-out" option - doing so just lets the spammers know you're a real "live" email recipient and they'll sell your details to other spammers.
